Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Course or Workshop Cancellations

Full payment must be made 14 days prior to courses & workshops - No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 7 days prior to the course or workshop, unless we are able to fill the vacancy created by the cancellation.

2. Payment Plans

Entering a payment plan is a legally binding contract.
3. Booked Sittings
Appointments/sittings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time either via email or phone.
Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a 100% refund.
Refunds will not be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your allocated booking, nor if you fail to honour the set appointment time.
Refunds will not be provided for any appointments that have taken place.
In the event you are late for an appointment it will still conclude at the scheduled time.

Upon payment you agree that you are over the age of 18 years in Australia, over 16 years in Australia with parental supervision or 21 years & over for overseas' clientele.
